Our refund and returns policy varies depending on the type of product you purchase. For digital products labeled as “Free Resources,” there are no refunds or returns available. For physical products delivered by our order fulfillment service providers, our policy is aligned with their terms and conditions.
FREE RESOURCES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
Free Resources are provided at no cost and are delivered in a digital format. As such, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before downloading.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (FULFILLMENT SERVICE PROVIDER)
For physical products purchased through our store and fulfilled by Printful Canada:
• Return and Exchange Policy: We do not offer returns or exchanges for Printful-fulfilled products. However, if there is something wrong with your order (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), please contact us at PrivateerCreative.com/contact within a week of receiving your product. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
• Refunds: Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If either of these situations applies, please contact us at PrivateerCreative.com/contact with the necessary details, including photos of the wrong or damaged item, and we will process your refund.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors at this time. Please check the sizing charts available in the product description section before placing your order. If an item you received was mislabelled, notify us at PrivateerCreative.com/contact within a week, and we will either send you a new one or issue a refund.
• Shipping Returns: If you are instructed to return a product due to it being incorrect or damaged, you should mail the product to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping and Delivery
• Order Fulfillment and Shipping Times: Our fulfillment service provider (Printful) fulfills orders within 3–7 days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
• Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees, which are not within our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

• Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please:
1. Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
2. Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
